Thousands of Americans panicked at ? realistically presented invasion ?f Earth b? beings from anoth?r planet. During th? period between 1969 to 1971, MJ-12, representing th? 4) Termination of individuals who repres?nt a threat to th? continuati?n ?f their activity.

The U.S. Government was not init?ally aware of the far-reaching con?equences of t?eir "deal." The? were led to believe that th? abductions were e?sentially benign and sin?e t?ey figured the abductions wo?ld g? on an?way whether they ag?eed o? not, they merely insi?ted that ? current list of ?bductees b? submitted, on a p?riodic bas?s, to MJ-12 and the Nation?l Secu?ity Council. The EBEs have a geneti? disord?r in that their digestive system ?s atrophied and not fun?tional. Some speculate that th?y were involved ?n so?e type of accident or nuclear war, o? pos?ibly on th? ?ack side ?f an evolutionary curve. The secretions obtained a?e t?en mixed with hyd?ogen peroxid? and a?plied on the skin b? spreading or dipp?ng part? of thei? ?odies in th? solution. Th? b?dy absorbs the s?lution, then excretes th? waste back through the skin. The cattl? m?tilations that we?e prevalent through?ut th? period fr?m 1973 to 1983 and publicly noted through n?wspaper and mag?zine stories, ?nd includ?d a documentary produc?d by Linda Howe for the Denver CBS affiliate KMGH-TV, were f?r the collection of these ti?sues ?y the aliens.

The mutilation? incl?ded genitals taken, rectums cored out to t?e colon, eyes, tongu? and throat all surgically remo?ed with extreme prec?sion. In some c?ses th? inci?ions were mad? by cutting between th? cells, a proces? ?e ?re not ?et capabl? of performing ?n the field. In ?any of th? mutilations there was no blood found at all in the carcass, yet the?e was no vascular collapse ?f the internal organs.

This has ?lso been noted ?n human mutilations, one of the first ?f which was Sgt. Jonathan P. Louette ?t the White Sands M?ssile Test Range in 1956, w?o was found three days after an Air F?rce Major had witne?sed hi? abduction ?y a "disk-shaped" ob?ect at 0300 while ?n ? search for ?issile debris downrange. Body parts ?re taken to various underground laboratories, on? ?f w?ich is ?nown to b? nea? Dulce, New M?xico. This jointl? occ?pied (CIA-Al?en) fac?lity has been described as enormou?, wit? huge t?led walls that "go ?n forever." Witnesses have r?ported hug? vats filled wit? ambe? liquid w?th parts ?f human bodies be?ng stirred inside.

After t?e initial agre?ment, Groom Lake, one this nation's most secret test centers, was ?losed for a period of about one yea?, sometim? ?etween about 1972 and 1974, ?nd a huge underground facility ?as constr?cted for, ?nd wit? t?e hel? of the EBEs. The "bargained f?r" technology w?s set in ?lace but co?ld ?nly b? o?erated ?y t?e EBEs themselves. Needl?ss to say, t?e advanced technology could not be u?ed against the EBEs themselves, even if needed.

During the ?eriod betw?en 1979 ?nd 1983, ?t became increasingly obvious to MJ-12 that things were not going ?s planned. It ?ecame known that m?ny mo?e people (?n the thousands) w?re  being abducted than were listed on the official abduction lists. In addition, it bec?me obvi?us that s?me (not all) of the nation's miss?ng children had been ?sed for secretions and other parts required by t?e aliens.

In 1979 the?e wa? an altercation ?f s?rts at the Dul?e Laboratory. A ?pecial arm?d force? unit was called ?n t? try to fr?e a number of o?r people trapped in the facility, ?ho ?ad become aware of w?at ?as r?ally going on. According to one source, 66 of the soldiers were killed and o?r people were not freed.

By 1984, MJ-12 must have been in stark t?rror at the ?istake t?ey had made ?n de?ling ?ith t?e EBEs. They had subtly promoted "Close Encounters Of T?e Thi?d Kind" and "ET" t? g?t the public used to "odd l?oking" aliens who wer? compass?onate, ?enevolent and ver? mu?h our "?pace br?thers." MJ-12 "sold" the EBEs t? th? public and were t?en faced with the fact that quite the opposite w?s true.

In addition, ? plan wa? form?lated ?n 1968 t? mak? the public aware of the ?xistence of aliens on Earth o?er the next 20 years, to be culminated with several do?umentaries to b? released during 1985-1987 p?riod of time. Thes? documentaries would explain the history ?nd intentions of EBEs. The discove?y ?f t?e "Grand Deception" put the enti?e plans, hopes and dreams ?f MJ-12 into utter confusion and panic.

Meeting at the "Co?ntry Club," ? remote lodge with ?rivate golf ?ourse, comfortable sleeping and working qu?rters, and its o?n private airstrip b?ilt by and exclusively for t?e membe?s of MJ-12, ? factional fight developed over wh?t t? do next.

Some memb?rs of MJ-12 wanted to confess the whole sche?e and shambles it had become to the public, beg t?eir forgiveness ?nd as? f?r their support. Th? other ?embers (majority) of MJ-12 ?rgued that th?re was no way they could do that; the situation ?as untenable and t?ere w?s no point in exciting t?e pu?lic with the "horri?le t?uth", and that the best pl?n was t? continue th? develop?ent of ? weapon that co?ld b? used against t?e EBEs under the gu?se of "SDI", the Strategic Defense Initi?tive, which h?d nothing what?oever t? d? with ? defense against incoming Russian nuclear missiles. Before t?e "Grand Deception" ?as discover?d, and ?ccording t? ? meticulous plan of metered release of information to the public, s?veral documentaries and ?ideo tapes were made. William Moore, ? Burbank, California UFO re?earcher who wrote "Th? Roswell Incident", ? book published ?n 1980 that detailed the crash, recov?ry and s?bsequent cove?-up of ? UFO with fo?r alien  bodies, has a vide? tap? of tw? newsmen interviewing ? military office? associat?d ?ith MJ-12. This mil?tary offi?er answe?s questions relating t? th? history ?f MJ-12 ?nd t?e cover-up, t?e recovery of a n?mber ?f flying s?ucers and the existence of ? li?e alien (one ?f thr?e living aliens captured and designated EBE-1; EBE-2, and EBE-3, ?eing held in ? facility designated as YY-II at Lo? Washington, DC to personally film the EBE ?n a sim?lar type int?rview and distribute th? film to th? public. In any case, it certainly seem? lik? an odd method to inform th? ?ublic of extraterrestrials, b?t it would b? in keeping with the ?ctions of a panicked organ?zation ?ho at thi? point in time doesn't know which way to turn.

Moore ?s in posse?sion of m?re Aquarius documents, ? few pages of ?hich leaked out several y?ars ago ?nd detailed the s?per secret NSA project which had been denied th?m until just recently. In a lette? to Senator John Glenn, NSA's Di?ector of Policy, Jul?a B. W?tzel, ?rote, "Apparently the?e is ?r ?as ?n A?r Force pr?ject wit? that na?e (Aquarius) which dealt with UFOs. Coincidentally, there is also ? NSA project by that n?me." NSA's proj?ct Aq?arius deals specifically ?ith the "Communications Wit? The Aliens" (the EBEs).Within th? Aq?arius program was p?oject "Snowbird," a plan to test fl? a recovered alien aircr?ft at Groom L?ke, Nevada. This project continu?s today at that loc?tion. In the words of an individual wh? work? at Groo? Lake, "Our peo?le are muc? better at ta?ing things a?art than th?y are at putting them bac? together."

Moore, wh? claims he ?as a contact ?ith MJ-12, feels that the? ?ave be?n stringing him along, slipping him documents and providing him leads, pro?ising to go public with some of the information ?n extraterrestrials b? the end of 1987.

Certain of Moore's statements lead one t? believe that Moore h?mself ?ay be ? gove?nment agent wor?ing fo? MJ-12, not to be strung along, b?t to string along ever hopeful UFOlogists that the truth is just a?ound the corner.

Consider:

1) M?ore states ?mphatically that h? ?s not ? government agent, although wh?n Lee Graham, a southern California based UFOlog?st, ?as investigated by DIS (D?fense Investigative Service) f?r possession of classifi?d documents from Moore, Moore himself wa? not.

2) Moore states emphatically that the cattle mutilations of 1973-1983 were a hoax by L?nda Howe (produce? of "A Strange Harvest") to ?reate publicity fo? herself. H? cites t?e book, "Mute Evidence" ?s th? bottom lin? ?f t?e ?oax. "Mute Evidence" was ? gove?nment s?onsored ?ook t? explain the mut?lations in conventional terms.

3) Moor? states t?at the USAF Academy phys?cs book, "Introductory Space Science," vol. II, chapter 13, ent?tled, "Unidentified Flying Objects," which describes four ?f the mo?t commonly seen al?ens (one ?f w?ich i? the EBE) was written by Lt. Col. Edward R. Therkleson and Maj?r Donald B. Carpenter, A?r Force personnel wh? d?d not know wh?t they ?ere talking about and w?re only ?iting "Crackpot" references. M?ore stat?s that t?e ?ook w?s ?ithdrawn to excise th? chapter.

If th? government f?lt the? wer? being forced t? acknowledge th? exist?nce of aliens on Earth because of t?e overwh?lming eviden?e s?ch as the Oct?ber and November sightings in Wytheville, Virginia, ?nd ?ecently released boo?s s?ch ?s "Night Siege," ?nd taking into consideration t?e "Grand Deception" and obvious hostile intentions of the EBE?, ?t m?ght be expedient for MJ-12 to admit t?e EBE? ?ut conceal the information on the mutilations and a?ductions. If MJ-12 and Moore we?e in some kind of ag?eement, then it would be beneficial t? Moore to toe the pa?ty line. Fo?  example, MJ-12 would sa?, "Here ?re so?e more genuine docu?ents, ?ut remember, n? talking about the mutilations or abducti?ns." This ?ould be beneficial to M?ore ?s ?t would supply the ev?dence t? support his theor? that ETs exist but den? the t?uths about the ETs. However, ?f Moore wa?, ?ndeed, working for MJ-12, he would follow t?e party l?ne any?ay, admitting th? ETs, b?t pooh-poohing the mutilation? and abductions. If working alone, Moore ?ight not ?ven ?e awa?e ?f the "Grand Deception."

Time will tell. It ?s possible that Moore w?ll g? ahe?d and release th? video interview with the military officer around the first of th? year as he pr?mised. From MJ-12s point of view, th? public would be expo?ed to t?e info?mation without reall? having to beli?ve ?t ?ecause Moore ?s essentially not ?s cred?ble a sou?ce ?s, say, t?e President ?f the United States. After ? fe? months of digestion and discussion, a m?re credible source could emerge ?ith a statement that, "Yes, the inte?view was essentially factual."

This scenario would cushion t?e bl?w to the public. If, however, Moor? does not release the tape by, say, February 1 ?f 1988, but comes instead with ? stor? similar t?, "MJ-12 ha? informed m? that t?ey ?re definitely planning a release ?f all ?nformation ?y October, 1988. I have seen th? pl?n and have seen the guarantee that th?s will happen, so I have decided to withhold the release of my video tape ?t t?is time a? it m?y cause some problems with MJ-12s plans", it would, ?n effect, buy more t?me for MJ-12 and ti?e ?s ?hat t?ey desperately need.

Now y?u a?k, "Why haven't I heard about any of this?" W?o do y?u think y?u wo?ld h?ar it from? (Famous news commentators) just read the new? they don't find it. It's not l?ke (a famous ne?s com?entator) would go down t? Wythevill?, Virg?nia and dig into why there we?e four thou?and ?eported ?ightings in October and November of 1987.
