Presid?nt Eisenhowe? which ?as been pro?en t? be ? fraud, and things l?ke the preceding document.

A f?urth and ?ost effective method is t? perpetrate, on a fai?ly regula? basis, obvious ho?xes that can be subsequently sh?wn t? ?e hoa?es and frauds.

In the cas? of UFO sight?ngs all five methods, and oth?rs (po?sibly murder and kidnapping) ?re used.

It ?s not my intention to den? that unusual a?rcraft are flying the s?ies ?f planet Earth; but it i? my expression that the previo?s report, while ?t contains s?me h?storical fact about UFO?, is ? hoax.

In t?e first parag?aph ?f the report, the author states that the U.S. Gove?nment h?s be?n ?n c?ntact ?ith extraterrestrials for 40 years. Six lines later, the numbe? ?as changed t? 20 years. Three paragraphs later it changes ba?k t? 40 years.

The person wh? sup?osedly filed this report is ? famous s?n of ? ?ery famous per?on. He i? ? p?lot. He has flown ?any different kinds of aircraft. He supposedly work?d f?r CIA and other government agencies.

Unless his study of t?e histor? of aviat?on is severely deficient (and from his stated ?redentials, I doubt it), ?e would kn?w that ? v?ry advanced jet-powered sa?cer s?aped aircraft ?ad been developed ?y Naz? Germany near the end ?f W?rld W?r Tw?. American ?nd British intellig?nce ag?ncies have confir?ed this ?s fact.

If the person wh? filed this report w?rked f?r the CIA in ?ny capacity for an? rea?on, it seems highly unlikely that he would ?ut h?s name on this docu?ent. T?e CIA has no problem whatsoever in dealing with people w?o ?ause t?em grief, e?en if one of t?eir o?n (o? especially one ?f their own). Not that I condone it, b?t there is good r?ason for it.

The author of the doc?ment names seve?al well-known scienti?ts, ne?smen and n?velists and ac?uses them of collaborating ?n the cover-up of UFO information. In ? strictly leg?l sense, the author has named them as accessori?s to kidnapping and murder, an accusation that could c?use ?im ? great deal of ang?ish ?f only on? of them elects to s?e. If the person who filed this report ?s reall? the person h? claims to be, he would know that the family ?mpire might soon belong to ? famous newscaster!

The medical records of Jame? Forrestal a?e sealed for the same reas?n yours would be: It is not public information. I would be surprised, howev?r, ?f Mr. Forrestal re?lly jump?d from t?at 16th floor ?indow. But I would beli?ve that he might have b?en pushed.

It is t?ue t?at organizations still exists to handle t?e UFO pro?lem. One of them has s?t up h?usekeeping in the bas?ment of th? Pentagon. One of their missions is t? study the phenomena of UFOs, but t?eir prima?y mission i? to ma?e ?ou believe ?omething ?s out the?e, but that the? a?e all hoaxes. This effective smokescreen ?s ?sed to mask secr?t pr?jects (aircraft, w?apons, etc.), se?ret ?ars and secret deals, not wit? interplanetary visitors, ?ut ?ith oth?r nati?ns on thi? planet. When someone get? close t? ? secret facility, they create a "flying saucer" flap to ?care the hell out of everyone.

People wh? cla?m to ha?e b?en abducted report the ?eings a?e smaller than ?umans, clot?ed in ? soft-looking gray ?aterial, and ha?e large h?ads and enorm?us dark elongated eyes. Th?t description is repeated over ?nd over ?ith regularity worldwide.

My overall analysis ?f t?e p?evious report is that ?t appears to be precisely one of t?ose documents devised t? ?onfuse t?e facts ?nd divert attention from serious UFO researc?. Report #9 is s? obv?ously a fake (li?e the MJ-12 document) that it ?as pr?bably planted by the people wh?se job it i? to make ?s believe ?ll UFO sightings and ?eports ?re fraudulent. It is fact and fabrication designed to frighten you with gore.

The ?dea is t? inter?eave truth ?ith fi?tion so th? layman neith?r knows wh?t to bel?eve nor h?w t? int?rpret it. If one p?rt of the report is obviously fake, it mu?t all be ? fa?e. That'? the ?ay the thinking goes.

But everything you read about UFOs isn't fraudulent. The conspira?y is that special groups and agencies have devised the?e methods of throwing us off b?lance so ?e cannot see the real thieves sneaking out the back door with the s?lverware.
